paint him like one of your French girls.
Pete Walkden captured the moment the seal pulled the sultry pose in the camera’s direction. The creature was 100% ready for its close-up. See?
Walkden, 43, claims he spent two hours
snapping the common seal hoping to get the perfect shot while on holiday on the Isle of Mull in Scotland earlier this month.
Yet the professional wildlife photographer
never expected the seal to lean on one flipper on the rock and stare suggestively at the camera with one flipper raised provocatively in the air.
Pete, from Birmingham, said: ‘The seal appears to look like it is posing, just like a professional model, there is something human about it, it truly has a human type of face.
‘It was aware of my presence and kept looking at me, I think it had something in mind. ‘Seals tend to look upset but on this occasion it appears that it was happy to see me, it is very unusual to get a happy looking shot of them, I think I got very lucky.’
